NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 24, 2025 the Mayor and City Council of Richfield adopted Ordinance 2026-4 amending Table 31-3, Table Of Developmental Standards For Residential Districts, amending chapter 17.13 General Development Standards, section 17.13.150 minimum lot frontage, enacting section 17.13.310 owner-occupancy, moderate income housing, first-time home buyer housing opportunities, amending chapter 17.23 definitions, section 17.23.020 definitions of general purpose of the Richfield City Zoning Ordinance defining standards associated with RM-11 developments.
The ordinance shall become effective upon posting this summary at www.pmn.utah.gov and www.richfieldut.gov this 24th day of June, 2026.
