d. Consider the planning commission’s recommendation to waive the curb, gutter, and asphalt shoulder but require a sidewalk per development standards for Devin Squire at 358 E 100 N.
e. Consider approving a development agreement with Blue Investing Group, Inc., for the development of the Valley Ridge Twin Homes project, subject to the City Attorney’s approval. - OTHER BUSINESS
