PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.)

1. Roll Call
2. Conditional Use Permits/Home Occupation Permits
   a. Vanessa Wells – To request a conditional use to operate a dog grooming business called Dirty Dog Grooming out of her hoe at 460 Westview Drive.
3. Discussion Items –
   a. General Plan – Discuss the draft version of the housing section of the new general plan.
   b. Meeting schedule for General Plan – Discuss possibility of adding work meetings in January and February for the purpose of working on the new general plan.
4. Minutes Approval –
   a. Minutes of November 13, 2024, Planning Commission Meeting.
5. Other Business
