Notice of Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Richfield Sevier County, Utah

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.)

  1. Roll Call
  2. Select an Interim Chairperson
  3. Conditional Use Permits/Home Occupation Permits
    a. Tyson Curtis – Update on conditional use to establish a commercial retail business at the old Pizza Hut site. A C-1 use in a CG Commercial General Zone.
    b. Braden Seegmiller – To request a conditional use for the Roots at Richfield development, a Multiple Family (five or more units) facility. This is a C-2 Use in a RM-24 Zone
    c. Jack Black – To request reapproval of the Cottonwood Corner subdivision.
    d. Teddy Lewis – Request to build an eight-foot fence in his back yard at 625 S 1000 W.
