- Present: Josh Peterson, Blaine Breinholt, Branden Anderson, Wes Kirshner, Zach Leavitt. Also, David Anderson, Michael Hansen.
City Council members present included Mayor Bryan Burrows, Kendrick Thomas, Kip Hansen, Tanner Thompson, Brayden Gardner
Excused: Lisa White, Wayne Cowley. - Zoning code amendment work session concerning 17.13.240 – The Commission discussed Title 17.13.240 as it affects the requirement for preexisting lots to install asphalt shoulder, curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements. The Commission discussed options for how the code can be updated to include options for single family homes on pre-existing lots. It was agreed a certain criterion needs to be met in order to qualify for a reduced, modified standard.

The Commission and the Council discussed updating the general plan with Michael Hansen from with Hansen Planning Group. - Other Business
