4. ROLL CALL. Present: Brayden Gardner, Kevin Arrington, Kip Hansen, Andrew Chappell, Kendrick Thomas, Mayor Bryan Burrows (Not voting) (Not voting), Rob Jenson (not voting) (Not voting), Michele Jolley (not voting) (Not voting).
5. REVIEW AND DISCUSS THE TENTATIVE BUDGET. The Council reviewed and discussed the tentative budget for 2026-27.
6. MEETING ADJOURNED. At 7 p.m., meeting adjourned. Motion: Adjourn the meeting, Action: Adjourn, Moved by Andrew Chappell, Seconded by Brayden Gardner.
   Vote: Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote (summary: Yes = 5).
   Yes: Andrew Chappell, Brayden Gardner, Kendrick Thomas, Kevin Arrington, Kip Hansen.
