a. Consider awarding the Pavement Preservation (micro surface) project to the low bidder Geneva Rock with a bid of $1,106,880.
b. Consider awarding the Centennial Park project to the low bidder Carlisle Excavation with a bid of $732,909.25.
c. Consider approving an application to UDOT for transportation alternative funds to install a bike/walking path along Golf Course Road, 1800 South.
d. Planning Commission Report.
e. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-12, amending the Development and Construction Standards.
f. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-14, amending the Subdivision Ordinance to define and establish requirements for Condominiums and Condominium Conversations.
