- BUSINESS
a. Consider awarding the bid on the sewer project to the apparent low bidder.
b. Consider awarding the Architectural Services for the swimming pool to VCBO as recommended by Staff.
c. Consider adopting Resolution 2024-12 authorizing an annually renewable Lease, a Master Resolution, Security Documents, and the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Municipal Building Authority of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah City Office Lease Revenue Bond, Series 2025 to finance the cost of constructing a swimming pool and related improvements; and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated.
d. Recess to convene a Municipal Building Authority Meeting.
