a. Presentation on County Tourism by Amy Myers.
b. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed annexation of 6.87 acres of land belonging to Mark Enberson and located at approximately 1000 W 1800 S.
c. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed annexation of 5.33 acres of land belonging to Corey Winkel and located at approximately 650 North 500 West.
d. Consider approving a proposal to move forward with the process to amend the General Plan and text amendments to Title 17 of the Zoning Code and to allow and adopt a missing middle overlay zone for R1-10 zoning for SITLA’s 20+ acres in southeast Richfield, including a requirement for the development of a master plan. Missing middle homes are small-scale, compact units designed for affordability.
e. Presentation of Mayor Burrows’ proposed budget for fiscal year 2026/2027.
