d. Consider approving a conditional use (C-2) for Tyson Thompson to locate an auto mechanic shop at 385 N 800 E as recommended by the Planning Commission.
e. Consider adopting Resolution 2026-4, accepting the annexation petition filed by Mark Engberson for property located at approximately 1050 West 1800 South.
f. Consider adopting Ordinance 2026-1, prohibiting accessory storage units (portable storage containers) from being located on Main Street from the north I-70 interchange to 1500 South. - OTHER BUSINESS
