Present: Josh Peterson, Blaine Breinholt, Wes Kirshner, Wayne Cowley.
Excused: Branden Anderson, Lisa White, Zach Leavitt.
Business –
- General Plan Work Session – The Planning Commission discussed a draft revision of General Plan. Michael Hansen, community consultant, is working on rewriting the plan. He gave the commission an overview of what the new plan says concerning infrastructure, parks and zoning.
The commission then discussed land use and marked on paper maps and marked where it sees the city’s future zoning needs. - Adjournment. Motion: Adjourn the meeting. Action: Adjourn, Moved by Blaine Breinholt, Seconded by Wayne Cowley.
Vote: Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote (summary: Yes = 4).
