PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Chet Thompson and located within the areas of the annexable territory for future expansion defined by Richfield City. The property is located at approximately 2300 South 1600 West. The complete legal description and the plat relating to the proposed annexation are available for review at the office of the City Recorder, 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah.
