Notice of Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Richfield Sevier County, Utah AMENDED

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.)

1. Roll Call
2. Conditional Use Permits –
   a. May Anderson to request a conditional use permit to operate a day care in her home located at 643 W. 2nd Avenue. C-1 Use in a R1-10 Zone.
   b. Veronica Vakautakakala to request a conditional Use permit to operate a baked goods business at 1633 S. Saint Andrews Drive call Vaka Sweets. C-1 Use in a R1-10 Zone.
3. General Plan Update –
   a. Discuss any other changes to the General Plan.
4. Ordinance Amendments
   a. Amend 17.13.240 as it affects the requirement for preexisting lots to install asphalt shoulder, curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements.
   b. SITLA – Utah State Trust Lands to discuss proposed ordinance amendment for development of property located north and east of Eagle View.
5. Annexation
   a. Review of annexation petition filed by Chet Thompson for property located at approximately 2300 South and 1600 West.
6. Minutes Approval
   i. Consider approving minutes of meeting hosted Jan. 22, 2025.
   ii. Consider approving minutes of meeting hosted Feb. 5, 2025.
7. Other Business
8. Adjournment.
