a. Amend 17.13.240 as it affects the requirement for preexisting lots to install asphalt shoulder, curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements.
b. SITLA – Utah State Trust Lands to discuss proposed ordinance amendment for development of property located north and east of Eagle View. - Annexation
a. Review of annexation petition filed by Chet Thompson for property located at approximately 2300 South and 1600 West. - Minutes Approval
