NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE
RICHFIELD MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to ’52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the Richfield Municipal Building Authority of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will meet on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, in the Council Chambers of the Richfield City office building located at the City Center at 75 East Center Street, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:00 p.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
- Business Considerations.
a. Consider approving the minutes of the meeting held on June 25, 2024.
b. Consider adopting Resolution 2024-13 authorizing an annually renewable Lease, a Master Resolution, Security Documents, and the issuance and sale by the authority of its Municipal Building Authority of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah Lease Revenue Bond, Series 2025 to finance the cost of constructing a swimming pool and related improvements; calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds and any impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project to be funded by the Bonds; and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated, - Meeting Adjourn.
