2026 FALL RICHFIELD RECREATION PICKLEBALL LEAGUE
Get ready for some serious fun! Our pickleball league is the perfect place to team up with players just as skilled as you. Whether you’re here to compete or just have a good time, we’ve got you covered. With leagues organized by skill level, you’ll find your perfect match on the court. We have Doubles and Singles. Teams will register together. If you do not have a teammate, you can register as an individual and you will be assigned a teammate for the season. (As long as we have even singles to make teams)
LEAGUE INFORMATION:
- You will have from Monday-Sunday by 10pm to get your match in. It will be the best of 5 for Doubles. Best of 3 for Singles. You will report your scores in the app SCOREHOLIO.
- We will run a clinic for those wanting to learn the game and or learn new skills! TBD.
- We will have an end of season tournament for each division as well as an end of season tournament.
- FEE: $60 per TEAM or $30 per individual

DON’T KNOW WHAT LEAGUE TO REGISTER FOR?
Novice– players are typically new to the sport and are still learning the basics. These players may struggle with proper form and technique and may not yet have a good understanding of the rules of the game. Some skills that novice pickleball players should focus on include:
- Mastering the basic pickleball strokes: serve, groundstroke and volley.
- Developing consistency with shots.
- Understanding the scoring system and basic rules of the game.
We will be running a clinic for those who are new to the game or that want to learn more at the beginning of the season for free if you are registered for the season! All players we welcome.
INTERMEDIATE– Players have a good understanding of the basics and have started to develop their playing style. These players are more consistent with their shot-making and have a better understanding of the rules and strategy of the game.
Some skills that Intermediate players should focus on include:
- Developing more advanced pickleball strokes, such as the drop shot and lob.
- Improving footwork and court positioning.
- Understanding and using different strategies.
ADVANCED– Players are highly skilled and have a deep understanding of the game. This division is more competitive. These players have developed their playing style and are able to execute a wide variety of shots and strategies. Some skills that advanced pickleball players should focus on include:
- Mastering all of the pickleball strokes and being able to execute them with ease.
- Developing a highly effective playing style and strategy
SENIOR 55+: Great for ages 55+! Come join our Senior league and play some competition at your level! Get out of the house, enjoy some sunshine and pickleball!
WOMENS SINGLES & MENS SINGLES: Think you got what it takes to run the court on your own? Join our singles league!! Great if you want to challenge your skill and not worry about finding a partner!PICKLEBALL LEAGUE: For ages 14 and up
