PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 7, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map affecting property located at 256 North 600 E. The proposal is to change the zone from RM-24 (Multi-Family Residential) to CS (Commercial Shopping).
