PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments on a proposed zone change by property owner Tim Hunt at approximately 30 N Crestview Drive, in Richfield, Utah (parcel number 3-9-11). It is proposed to change 0.15 acres from the current R1-10 zone to R1-6 zone.
