Development Agreement for Pioneer Lane
The Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Richfield City Building 75 E. Center to receive comments on a proposed Development Agreement for the Pioneer Lane Project. The proposed Development Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the development of the Pioneer Lane Project, including land use, infrastructure improvements, and other development requirements. The Planning Commission seeks public input regarding the proposed agreement.
